The Bayside Family Success Center (FSC) is a community based “one-stop” shop that provides wrap-around resources and support for families before they find themselves in crisis. We offer services to families and bring together concerned community residents, leaders, and agencies to address the problems that threaten the safety and stability of families in our community. There is no cost to participate in any program or activity we provide.
Our Goals
The goals of the Family Success Center are to promote family well-being, link families to community services, empower and support families, provide culturally sensitive programs and help families identify and build on their strengths.
JRF’s Family Success Center (FSC) adheres to the principles of Family Support practice for the delivery of all services:
Enrich the lives of children by strengthening families and neighborhoods.
Develop networks of family strengthening services to prevent child abuse and neglect.
Provide Integrated, locally based services that are family focused and culturally responsive
Strengthen connections with families, between families, and the community.
