Social Services

One People, One Heart

We work to raise awareness and help people affected by the conditions and causes of poverty. Our success is measured in the number of people we can help with the quality of programs and services we provide. Our programs are fueled by our dedicated staff, caring volunteers, committed partners, and generous donors.

Our Programs & Services

Our programs are designed to further our mission and provide much needed services for our constituents.

The JRF Community Health Center is dedicated to delivering preventive and primary medical services to the underserved and the uninsured population, in a culturally competent environment, regardless of race, ethnicity or ability to pay.

AmeriCorps is a program of the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS), an independent federal agency whose mission is to improve lives, strengthen communities, and foster civic engagement through service and volunteering.

Training & Testing Center (T&TC) Offers in demand employment training, support and testing including the GED. Our priority is to provide our students with the resources needed to be licensed and certified in the field of their choice. We value the idea of obtaining a certification as it generates better job opportunities to earn a living wage.

Ages 16+

A comprehensive educational program delivered in a non-traditional learning environment to help at-risk youth between the ages of 16-24 and adults over the age of 25 earn their New Jersey State High School Equivalency Diploma.
